There's no password to set up — we use a simple email login system to keep things secure and hassle-free.
Click the 3 lines menu on our home page and click the account icon to access, login or sign up.
First, check your spam or junk folder — sometimes the email ends up there.
If you still don't see it after a few minutes, try requesting a new code. Make sure you're entering the same email address you used when placing your order.

Log into your account and go to your account settings. From there, you can update your name, contact details, and shipping address.

To update the email address linked to your account, please contact our support team. We'll verify your identity and make the change for you.
If you'd like to delete your account and all associated data, contact our support team. We'll process your request and confirm once it's complete.
Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Yes. We use a passwordless login system, which means there's no password to steal or forget. A unique code is sent to your email each time you log in, keeping your account secure.
All personal and payment information is encrypted and protected.
We recommend keeping one account per person so your orders, consultations, and treatment history stay in one place.
