[1.0] Processing & Authorization

All orders undergo a Quality Audit and are processed within 24-48 hours. During high-volume "Batch Release" periods, authorization and preparation may take up to 4 business days.

  • International Dispatch: 7-21 Business Days

[2.0] Logistics Costs

  • Domestic (US): Complimentary standard shipping is authorized for all US orders.

  • Global: International rates are calculated via real-time carrier data.

  • Note: The Adherent is responsible for all local customs, import duties, and institutional taxes determined by their country of residence.

[3.0] Tracking & Surveillance

Upon dispatch, you will receive a Logistics Briefing via email containing your tracking number and carrier data.

  • Protocol: Allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's digital systems to synchronize. If your status hasn't updated within 5 days, contact hello@deryvo.com for a manual audit.

[4.0] Address Integrity

Ensure your delivery coordinates are 100% accurate. We can only modify the destination before the package reaches the "Dispatched" status. Once the "Seal of Authority" is placed, the route is locked and cannot be rerouted.

[5.0] Lost or Compromised Cargo

If the carrier confirms delivery but the kit is missing:

  1. Conduct a physical audit of the premises and neighbors.

  2. Wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally scan packages prematurely).

  3. File an official inquiry with the carrier. Note: Deryvo is not liable for theft post-delivery confirmation. We recommend shipping to a secure, monitored location.

[6.0] Damaged Shipments

In the rare event of structural damage to the kit during transit, you must submit high-resolution photographic evidence to hello@deryvo.com within 48 hours of receipt. Our technicians will review the claim and authorize a replacement.

[7.0] Discreet Maturation

Privacy is part of the protocol. All S02 kits ship in unmarked, high-durability packaging with no external indication of the contents. Your privacy is protected throughout the entire logistics chain.
