How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (2-4 days during busy periods). Once shipped:
- US orders: 2-7 business days
- International orders: 7-21 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, carrier details, and a link to track your package in real time.
If you don't receive tracking information within 48 hours of your order being processed, contact us at support@deryvo.com.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes take 24-48 hours to appear, especially right after shipping.
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If they can't help, reach out to our support team.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us immediately at support@deryvo.com — we can only update your address before the order ships.
Once shipped, we cannot reroute the package. You'll need to contact the carrier directly or wait for it to be returned to us.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your order is marked as delivered but you can't find it:
- Check with neighbours, your mailroom, or any safe spots
- Wait 24-48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages early
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
If they can't locate it, contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
What if my package is stolen?
Unfortunately, we're not responsible for theft after delivery is confirmed. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, contacting local authorities.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Sorry about that. Take photos of the packaging and product, then contact us at support@deryvo.com within 48 hours.
We'll work with you to make it right.
Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
We currently do not ship to PO boxes or military bases (APO/FPO). Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Is my package shipped discreetly?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of what's inside. Your privacy is always protected.
What if my package gets returned to you?
Packages may be returned if the address is incorrect, delivery is refused, or it goes unclaimed. If this happens:
- We'll contact you once it arrives back
- You can request reshipment (additional shipping fees apply)
- Refunds, if applicable, will exclude original shipping costs
Do you offer pre-orders or back-orders?
For items on pre-order or back-order, estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and back-order items, they may ship separately.
